Time of looking forward to Santa
In UK kids also look forward to Santa. At the end of the Christmas Eve children prepare stockings or pillowcases by the fire or kids’ beds. They know that Santa Claus put on gifts in those things, not under Holidays tree like think children from a lots of lands. Sometimes kids in United Kingdom are very grateful – they leave mince pies or brandy for Father Christmas as a food and as a drink when he visits their house. Currently it’s usually non-alcoholic drink because of Santa has to drive his sled.

Every year, December 25th Britishers listen to Queen’s Christmas Message. The tradition of a Christmas message has its beginning long time before current Queen came to the throne.
